Craniosacral therapy
Edina Palko RCST
Hi, I am Edina and I am a Craniosacral Therapist and Reiki Master.
I graduated from the College of Craniosacral Therapy and I am also a member of the Craniosacral Association.
I truly believe Craniosacral Therapy is the most holistic therapy I have experienced as it works on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level at the same time.
What is Craniosacral Therapy (CST)?
Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch, non-invasive therapy, which has developed from the field of osteopathy. It is thought to assist the body’s natural capacity for self-repair.
