What is Reflexology
Reflexology is a nonintrusive holistic therapy, based on the idea that different areas of the feet represent and correspond to different parts and systems of the body.
By working the reflex areas and points on the feet it aims to relax and rebalance the areas and systems of the body they relate to, in turn promote overall health.
Reflexology is an ancient art that originates from Chinese and eastern traditions.
What is Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)
RLD is an award-winning Reflexology technique. It stimulates specific lymphatic reflexes on the feet.
Developed from the first principles and research by Sally Kay to help with the management of secondary lymphoedema in patients affected by treatment for breast cancer.
RLD has also been used to help inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. Further research into RLD is ongoing.
